Built by and for family offices
PEX Global was founded by a member of a family office. Our deal flow and deal sourcing is built upon our extensive global relationships and history of investments in this industry. PEX Global is committed to providing efficiency, transparency and liquidity to our clients.
PEX Global focuses on private transactions such as secondaries, direct deals, and co-investments and provides a matching service for illiquid fund positions. We are an intermediary between buyers and sellers of Limited Partnership (LPs) shares such as Private Equity Funds, Hedge Fund side pockets, Venture Capital Funds, Real Estate fund shares and private, pre-IPO shares known as direct secondaries. PEX Global also serves as a placement agent for companies seeking capital from family offices. We expanded into the direct deal space due to the demands of our network of family offices who want access to off-market, unique deal flow.
- Matching buyers and sellers of single stakes to portfolios of fund positions
- Providing an infrastructure that facilitates the exchange of fund interests through all the steps of a secondary transaction, from start to finish
- Raising capital for start-ups, seasoned companies and direct deals
- Assisting individual sellers of direct positions in private companies
- As each situation and each client differs, we tailor our services to meet individual client needs
